Please inform us of the ages of all children in your group at the time of inquiry so we can plan appropriate accommodation, meals, and activity levels. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.

11. Entry Requirements

Citizens of most Western countries β€” including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Canada, Australia, and many others β€” do not require a visa to enter Morocco for stays of up to 90 days.

All visitors must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the intended date of entry into Morocco.

Entry requirements can change. It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to verify current visa requirements, entry conditions, and any travel advisories issued by their government before departure. We recommend checking with your nearest Moroccan embassy or consulate and your own government's official travel advisory website.

Fez Cultural Tours accepts no liability for any traveler denied entry to Morocco due to insufficient documentation.

12. Health & Medical Advice

No specific vaccinations are legally required to enter Morocco. However, we recommend ensuring your routine vaccinations (including tetanus, MMR, and hepatitis A) are up to date before travel.

Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their GP or a specialist travel health clinic at least 4–6 weeks before departure. Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility restrictions so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Morocco has pharmacies in all major cities and towns, as well as good-quality hospitals in Fez, Marrakech, and Casablanca. Our guides carry a basic first aid kit and can assist in accessing medical care if needed during your tour.

Medical information provided by Fez Cultural Tours is general guidance only and does not constitute professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fez Cultural Tours acts as a private tour operator and arranges services β€” including accommodation, transport, and guiding β€” on behalf of travelers. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our tours, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in optional activities (e.g. camel trekking, sand boarding) undertaken at the traveler's own risk.
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections that affect tour start times.
  • Services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, riads, restaurants) that do not meet traveler expectations.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler to Fez Cultural Tours for the affected tour.
